Hello, whenever I use my Bluetooth headphones, the "run" mode does not work on my watch. I will select the exercise mode on my watch, and it will come on like normal, but disappear after 30 seconds and just show the regular watch screen again. 

 

I have already contacted customer service of my phone (Android, Pixel3) and they have said it's a problem with Fitbit.

 

Please help! Thank you
