Dear Fitbit,
Charge 4, Luxe and other Fitbits quit synching with Samsung Fold and Flip phones.
You said you were working on it. Where is the update?

Thank you for sharing your concerns. The root cause of the bug is identified and we are working on a fix, which we anticipate releasing via an app update in early 2023.

Try it again. I received a security patch update today from Samsung...I have the Samsung Z Fold 3 phone. I haven't been able to sync my Fitbit Charge 4 since the update on 12/1/2022. Today, after the new update finished loading, I tried to pair it again. Viola...I'm back in business. Maybe try your's now, too...
