Scratch on Charge 2 display after charging

Hi, 

 

I did charge the Fitbit and afterwards I noticed a big scratch in the screen. I had it before with another Fitbit too. I have been offered a discount of 25% on the next purchase. I wonder if more people had this problem. It seems to me that this is a construction fault and Fitbit just wants us to keep on buying weak products....

Let me help you with your damaged Charge 2 display after charging it. Only our Support team can replace a damaged device. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. This is why they offer a discount to help customers in this situation. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
