So this is my second Fitbit and I've enjoyed both of them until today...the screen went "wonky"...I tried all of the solutions suggested in the posted responses from Fitbit reps...changed the clock face, plugged it in, restarted it three or four times....it still looks like an Old Zenith Black and White TV that has blown a tube. Cant see it outside...these pictures were taken indoors at night. Help!

Has it always been this way?  If not, did it change gradually or suddenly?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
