Screen Shows "Sleep Not Tracked" but Sleep IS tracked

Is this a screen glitch?  I know for a fact that my sleep is being tracked - evidenced by results every morning, yet my Charge 3 says it is NOT (when you scroll/swipe down on its face).  Why is this?

Mine says "sleep not tracked" until I do 1st phone sync of day. Then it shows that it was tracked.

I think if I slept only 3-5 hours per day. It always show '' sleep not
tracked ". Yesterday I slept more than 9 hours, it show correctly.

No sorry. Sleep still showing as not tracked on C3. Really disappointed by the lack of support around an obvious glitch. I also am unable to send quick responses to notifications. Feeling v dissatisfied withe the product.

I added some bug, when I changed in application from today to yesterday, slept information not change . It shows today slept information

My sleep wasn't tracked last night but it was before.  It's the second time since the update.

To be honest this C3 is not all that it makes out to be. So disappointed.

I am able to turn off all day sync and allow mannual sync and then it shows. Still unacceptable

Please.  It's cavalry not Calvary.  The former refers to mounted soldiers while the latter refers to the place where Jesus was crucified.
