The fitbit is charged and information is getting to my phone. The fitbit screen does not light up.

I would try restarting your Fitbit Charge 3. You will not lose any data doing this. Here’s how:
Plug your Charge 3 into its charger. While your Charge 3 is plugged in and charging press down the button on the side of the Charge 3 and keep holding it down unti you see the Fitbit Logo appear. (It takes about 8-10 seconds) Once you see the Fitbit Logo release the button. You will feel your Charge 3 vibrate. This indicates the restart is complete.

Hi Graham, this has been effecting me too and I just want to ask if megabits helped worked for you. I will try it when I get home as it needs charged anyways.
