I tried all the steps and nothing is happening. I tried to reset it and all. No green lights and I also cleaned

Seems odd that the screen of your device suddenly stop working, thanks for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. I was informed by our Customer Support team that they already provided you with assistance regarding the inconvenience experienced with your device.
