How can I set the fitbit to light up the screen when i flick my wrist up. Not very good when trying to see the time. Had the Alta before and when you flicked your wrist up the screen lit up so you could see the time.

Am I doing somethinh wrong?

Make sure the screen wake is turned on by holding the left side, screen wake and notifications shows on the screen. I had the same issue and it took forever for the tech support person to follow their **ahem** script and figure out! It's really a simple solution. I think I may have accidentally turned it off by scrolling through items.

@Spatch1234 Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

I'm happy to help you to enable the quick view feature on your Fitbit Charge 3. Please follow the next steps:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap or click your device image.
  3. Find an option to turn on Quick View. If it is on, please turn it off and then back on.

If this doesn't help, please perform a restart to your Tracker by following these steps.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you. I eventually found it. Like you I stumbled across it. Thank you for your reply as fitbits reply didn't seem to be the correct one. Brilliant advise if anyone else has the same issue.

Im having the same problem and pressing the left button so it says notifications on does not fix this. No matter how much I flick my wrist the screen will not llght up. I can never see the time.
