Screen is blank on Charge 3 (hard reset attempted and clock faces changed multiple times)

My screen went blank between last night and today, but is still responsive to the side button. I tried to perform the hard reset several times, but the smiley face never shows. I also tried changing the clock faces a couple of times with no success. It still appears to be synching, but not showing the details.

This is the same problem I’m having. The screen is dead so I can’t adjust settings and I can’t reset it. But, it seems to still be syncing.
