Woke up to the screen on my Charge 2 being frozen. I have followed instructions to reset with no resulting change. I was able to sync to the phone App but the screen face remains unchanged and doesn't respond. Is my Fitbit dead? HELP!

Same! Screen is frozen. The app shows correct info so my Charge 2 is working. Attaching to charger does not display the charging icon, but it charges.

My charge 2 screen locked up at 5:40 pm on 8/22/20. Have tried everything to unlock it but it won’t change. Tried resyncing it but screen won’t display passcode to confirm since screen is frozen.

Same happened to me.
My screen stopped working properly during the night. It was charged. Now there is only a message on the screen, with a few words when I press the button. I have tried to restart, but it does not work.
My heart rate is not recording and my sleeping schedule is not working properly. But I can see my training and steps in the app on my mobile phone.
When I try to restart the battery icon will not show. But it vibrates and the green light is on in the back.

Now my sleeping schedule is back, at least for one night. And also my pulse rate when I was working out today. But my screen is still the same, frozen. The same text if I push the button.
