Hi there, my Fitbit Charge 3 has some horizontal black lines on the screen, like numbers are disappearing. Can't read them properly. I tried to restart it, changed the clock face a d the issue is still here. Can you please help me? Thank you.

I also restarted my charge 3 and that did not help. Fitbit has made it increasingly difficult to get in touch with them.

Unfortunately I have this also, & it's the 2nd time. Fitbit were excellent to replace my last charge 3 a year or so back, but this 1 has started to do the missing pixels/horizontal thing again on this device. It's a shame, I love the charge 3, but this is a tad annoying.

Same thing on mine - I’ve followed all the recommended fix steps, but still a problem. Similar thing happened to my last one (Charge 2). They seem to only last 18months before breaking down.
