Screen not lighting up when turning wrist

I got my charge 3 a week ago and at some point today the screen stopped lighting up when I turn my wrist. I haven't changed any settings and I'm turning my wrist in the exact same way as I was before so I'm not sure what the problem is.

My screen doesn't light up when I turn my wrist

Hold down button and the battery and light bulb pics appear. Tap the light bulb to turn this feature back on. I couldnt work it out and I was so frustrated!

Yeah I can't find this setting anyone is talking about. Mine isn't working. No changes. Just stopped.liggting up when I look at it.

My screen is not lighting up at all after I charged it this morning.  Why?

I have tried holding the button but NOTHING is lighting up.  This morning I saw the 'low battery' screen, put it to charge - now nothing.

But it seems to be still recording my steps.  Help!  I screened the posts but could not find any more directions except to hold the button until clock comes on.  NOTHING is coming on.

I am not sure? Have you tried pairing it with your phone, or rebooting it?
