Im having the blank screen again it dead. I just spent 30 minutes trying to reset it per instructions which worked last 2-3 times..... It's know issue why doesn't fit bit fix it! I feel like either it's because there isn't a good press the side or the button thinks it's being tapped while I hold it (vibrates multiple times) what is the deal it used to work great before the firmware updates.... Does fit sabotage older models? Idk but I'm tired of messing with it.... Fit bit is utter junk..... It syncs and works and shows data on my phone, but the screen is dead! This has happened a few times since updates specifically the one where it gave the clock face options! I'm not buying another fit bit if they sabotage them via updates and can't fix or support what they sell

I think vitbit compani is abandoning us' we have to help each other who has a solution or not '2 mobile phone and 1 fitbit black from 08/07/2020 nothing yet' * I do not have that fitbit but it only indicates calories ,, weird now from my daughter 2 fitbit that are still to read but do not synchronize, just some steps yes and calories'. It is not helpful to me 'and that on 2 mobile' * update is not good because half a year ago also problems that he does not synchronize everything 'I don't know what we can do' greetings
