Screen on Charge 3 is Black and Unresponsive, But Watch Vibrates And Syncs

I have had my Charge 3 tracker since December 2018.  A couple of days ago, the screen became black and unresponsive;  however, the tracker does vibrate when pressing the side button.  I've plugged the charging cable to my computer, clipped the other end to my tracker, and tried the soft reset as seen in other posts.  The tracker vibrated, but the smile icon never appeared, and the tracker did not restart, nor did the tracker respond in any way other than the initial vibration. 

 

I have also changed the clock face on the tracker to multiple different ones through the iPhone app to no avail.  It should also be noted that the tracker is currently able to sync with both the Windows app on my computer, as well as with the app on my iPhone, despite the tracker being otherwise unresponsive.  In a nutshell, I have not found anything through the community forum here on the website or anywhere else online, which resolves the issue.

 

I'm not concerned about losing my data, so is there a way to do a hard reset, or a factory reset, through either the iPhone or Windows app?

Hi, same thing happened to mine. I purchased it in October 2019 and have not damaged it in any way. The top right corner faded out about a month ago, then the top half and now the whole screen is dead. Everything else still works but you would think the screen should last longer!
