Whilst wearing yesterday my charge 2 showed the screen with the battery symbol with an exclamation mark in it...the battery was half full according to my sync screen. Charged overnight but screen still showing the same....help please.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 only shows a battery symbol with exclamation mark. When was the last time your tracker synced? The information on your app may be outdated and it shows the battery status the last time it synced. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
