Screen showing white streaks

I have fitbit charge 3. From yesterday my screen is blurry.White streaks go from top to bottom.I have a problem with swiping thru the sceeen.I have restarted it .Its still as it was. I purchased fitbit charge 3 last year in November.Never had pronlems with it.Please help

That would be a favorable outcome, although it's pretty bad that so many have had such an issue with a $150 device..

 I see that many people have this problem. I did not see any reply that gave direction on how to fix if it can be fixed.

 My question is - Can the screen be cleared of the white streaks and if so how?

I was in communication with Fitbit and they were walking me through a bunch
of troubleshooting steps. Such is rebooting the device and getting it to
synchronize with the latest update. When that did not happen they looked at
my account and noticed that I had a one-year warranty so they just ship me
out a new one sorry I don’t have much more than that.

You need to contact Fitbit directly. They ended up sending a new piece.

I actually got a new device free from fitbit as mine was in warranty, not a
problem since, working like a dream.

No resolution, it was 13 months old, discount for a new one. That’s it.

No my fitbit Charge 3 is still having problems! This is the first response I have had from fitbit website
To bad I still use it but have to go to Iphone to see any results. Fitbit was a good idea it just went bad.

Reach four directly to Fitbit - they had to replace mine as there was no
solution. (For free :))

Mine was replaced after about a month as they were unable to suggest a fix
that worked, plus I kept ringing and pestering them. Which probably helped
too.

Hi,I am on my 3rd Fitbit Charge 3 now!The first one stopped working completyly.Just died.Had to go to my local Argos shop to get the new one.Then the new statred to show the same problem.I called Fitbit customer service.They sent me new one.So the new one is getting faulty as well.There is something wrong with  screen !My fitbit is not covered by guarantee anymore.They must be faulty!

I had the same story, they should take them off shop,coz they are faulty|!I am on my third one now, and the problem is the same!
