I got my Charge 3 as a Christmas present 2019. Like many others I am now having problems with lines across the screen face. I will try a hard reboot and let you know. Also can't seem to set any alarms! As in the App is installed but having no luck doing anything. Also won't record sleep patterns. Any help welcome x

If after restarting your Charge 3 you are still experiencing the same issues, in addition to regular restart you can perform a long restart by doing the following:
Since the last firmware update, you can set your silent alarms from your Fitbit Charge 3 or through the website at fitbit.com. For instructions to set your alarms, please visit this article.
Please make sure that you are following our instructions to record your sleep. If this doesn't work, please let me know if you are having difficulties to see your sleep patterns, sleep stages or sleep score.
