My charge 3 had white lines appear on the screen then it went black. I’ve tried all the suggested resets. It’s still syncs and vibrates at me but the screen has been black for 3 days.
Looking at other posts it seems this issue happens a lot. I don’t understand what Fitbit would continue to sell such a glitchy product. I got this as a gift and can’t afford to buy a new one.
