Screen too dim so can’t see it

My screen is so dim I can’t actually see it, I have reset but it’s not worked 🤷🏽‍:female_sign:🤷🏽‍:female_sign:
I can’t change the brightness via the watch as I can’t see what I’m going into as it’s too light !

You are not alone, there are many many people on here with same issue, including myself. If your fitbit is still under warranty they will help you, if it is not they will give you a coupon and tell you to buy a new one. Not a solution that I can use as I can't afford to purchase a new one at this time just because they can't fix the problem.
