I am VERY frustrated. My first Fitbit quit charging after 2 years. Now my 2nd one is less than a year old and although it is actually working correctly, the screen is too dim to see at all. From looking through these boards this appears to be a known problem, and I am unsure why Fitbit hasn't corrected the issue. I don't know what to do with it because at this point it is basically worthless unless someone here can tell me what to do. Phone support was no help.

Hi @EJadame if support can't help you, it must be you're out of warranty. Some have tried changing clock faces and restarting the device, but that would be a temporary fix at best. Over time, they do get dim.

Thank you. I bought it less than a year ago new on Amazon, but apparently, I bought it from a 3rd party seller which voided the warranty. Live and Learn I guess.🙁 It is disappointing but I don't think I am going to buy another one given that they just aren't lasting that long.
