Screen totally Blank now, can't see anything... what gives ???

I just checked my Charge 3, I have no display on the screen at all now, I have it in charger, yet I know it is charged completely. This and much more has been an ongoing problem today, I know I am not the only one, and would like to know what is going on that my Charge 3 device went into a pixie dust design like paint swatches and now it has become a black blank screen with nothing at all. Over the course of days prior many other things began happening as I had described in another message, and today became to most bizarre of all when I tried to get my clock to show and it was not displayed as was nothing else other than pixie dust dots like brush strokes, but NOW NOTHING... Is there a remedy for this situation, I invested good money in this device, and don't feel like replacing this device any time soon. Any answers???

Try changing your clock face. If this works you can then change back to your preferred clock. This has worked for my charge 3.

I have a blank screen and can't get any display at all. If I push the button on the side of the Fitbit, I can feel vibration, but nothing displays at all on the screen, and i don't know what to do. A few days ago when I looked at the screen, it contained little pixie dust blotches, but that disappeared and the screen then went blank. I had noticed several days prior that the appearance on the screen seemed to be getting lighter and so I adjusted it from the auto setting to the brighter, but it didn't improve and was still yet becoming lighter until when I woke up on Sunday morning to find the blotches with no clock displayed or anything else. If you've read the posts from other people, they too had the same thing happen. I still don't know what to do about it, but what I do know is that I invested money in the Charge 3 and was very satisfied until this recent occurrence which has left me wondering what happened and why it happened and if there is a solution to correct it fairly soon. I am open to any helpful suggestions to return my Fitbit 3 back to functioning correctly, that is if there is such.
