Screen wake not working on Charge 4

Hi All. My new Charge 4 was working fine, but I updated the software two days ago and now when I rotate my wrist my screen doesn't wake. I can only wake the screen when I press the "button." Anyone else having this problem or have a fix? Thanks!

Screen wake upon lifting wrist does not work with my new Charge 4. Sucks because I loved this feature with Charge 2. Can I get it with 4? Thanks!

Toggle DND and Sleep to see how it affects the wake icon. If sleep is on then you can't toggle wake.

How did you fix it?  I’m having 2 issues. One wrist isn’t vibrating for messages or calls and I’ve tried everything messing with the DND and whatnot. Second is no recording for SPO2 saturation for 3 nights now?  Any help always appreciated!

settings for DND and Sleep affect whether screen_wake setting is available, this late late post was the one that finally solved it ,Thank You

Seeing the screen change in the video was very helpful. I was seeing the words "Wake Screen" but not the light bulb indication! Voila!
