Screen wake won't come on Charge 3 and no notifications

In the last week my Screen Wake won't come on. The screen is always too dim. Also, I am not getting ANY notifications of texts or phone calls.

I am sorry to hear the screen on your Charge 3 is dim, screen wake not working and you're not getting any notifications. I am glad to assist you with that. I recommend confirming that you don't have "Do not disturb" or "Sleep Mode” turned on: press and hold the button on your device. Tap a setting to turn it off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. You can also confirm if the Screen Wake setting is turned on: press and hold the button on your device and swipe up. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?
