Very annoying and I gave up on this when it started happening 6 months ago. I've tried the restarts and everything else suggested at the time but now I'm tired of whacking the watch with my other hand until it lights up.....any suggestions?

Hold in left button a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle off or on.

Common problem.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I am having this problem with a Charge 4. I hold the side button and go to "Screen Wake." There is an outline of a lightbulb with a diagonal line through it. Tapping it does nothing. It doesn't respond. When I first set up the new Charge 4 about three weeks ago (after I sent it back to the factory for a replacement) this feature worked fine. Now it doesn't work at all and I can't set it. Won't respond. Any ideas?
