Why is it so hard to get fitbit to tell you what size screwdriver you need for charge 4 housing when the Fitbit is out of warranty and all they want to offer you is 35 off new Fitbit. My is find other than screw had backed out and I can't get them to tell me what size I need to screw it back in. Unacceptable! Very frustrated.

I doubt this will satisfy you but screw size is not info that support people would know.  It's not necessarily that they are trying to keep that from you.  The information they have is basically what you can find in the on-line 'Help' section and manuals.  They wouldn't have access to that type of information even if they wanted to tell you.

It's not like, say, a computer where a normal part of support is opening the case and swapping out parts or adding more memory.  Putting a screw in or out is never an expected part of support that the call support would know anything about.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I understand that but I have emailed Fitbit asking for that information and I'm sure they can find out from someone with more technical information but they would rather just sell you another device but I have done that before and I'm not going to keep buying their products if they can't give you information to fix your product when all you need to do is tighten a screw!
