I had a charge 2 fitbit replaced because it became completely unresponsive.
After one day of using the replacement charge 2, this one is now also unresponsive!!!
I am very angry and disappointed in Fitbit
Going through the forums i gather this is a frequent problem with the charge 2's?
I loved using Fitbit and really want to continue using It, however i no longer trust the charge 2 model and feel as though i should not have to pay for a new one after being let down twice now!!

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2. Since you didn't mention any troubleshoots I suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions.

I tried these steps again as i did with the first broken charge 2.
The fitbit does not even vibrate when the charger is connected. There is no response whatsoever no matter what i try. No green lights on the back. Absolutely nothing.

Yes the issue has been 'solved', although i feel very cheated..
After my initial fitbit broke, I received a replacement fitbit that only worked for ONE DAY!
That's two charge 2s that have become completely unresponsive for no reason within a very short time.
The charge 2s are obviously unreliable yet i was still only offered either ANOTHER replacement or 50% off a new one. Apparently that's all that can be offered.
As i don't trust the charge 2s i decided to take the discount on a charge 3.
So yes my issue has been resolved for now. But i've had to fork out £65 to buy a new product despite all this. Feels like i've been cheated out of more money.
