Second Charge 4 pebble replacement won't charge.

I now have a second replacement pebble. The first one they sent wouldn't charge, I had to send it back in order to get a second replacement took them just under 30 days to send a new or second replacement. Received it today and it still won't charge, what gives... I have never had a problem with fitbit before and it feels like they simply do not care. The operators on chat always escalate the issue but nothing changes.

If it happened twice in a row, one might wonder if it is your charger or your USB port, or something else on your end.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I thought about that as well and tried charging my wife's fitbit and the charger works fine on her charge 4.
