Second charge 3 in 2 weeks not working, JOKE!

I purchased my first Fitbit charge 3 around 2 weeks ago and got it on Friday 10th April, last Sunday the battery went low and for some reason it wouldn’t charge up despite all the trouble shooting efforts I did, and after doing everything and getting into discussion with someone from live chat on Fitbit, I got a replacement sent out and it arrived today, I have it connected to my charger and nothing is happening, the tracker is not even turning on.
 
I have to say I’m very underwhelmed with this product so far, that’s two I’ve had that have issues in a short amount of time?
 
If this doesn’t set itself up in a few hours I will be asking for a refund as this is ridiculous.

Fyi it’s been connected to charge for 2 hours, I’ve pressed the button numerous times but nothing is happening

I’m just curious, was the charging cable replaced, too? Could the issue be with your charging cable Itself or the usb device the cable is plugged into?

Nope it wasn’t despite me asking the advisor if that may be the issue but they were adamant it was the tracker and just sent another tracker.

far too much hassle and definitely more hassle than it’s worth, it’s still not turned on and I will be claiming a refund for this now.
