Hi I bought this second hand today I thought I’d set it all up but it’s not tracking my steps it’s been at 50 steps since I had it. Any advice?

Thanks I have done it now I believe. I will leave to charge overnight and see how I get on tomorrow

So I charged it for 2 hours last night woke up this morning with it needing charging again. Also the sleep hasn’t recorded properly. Said I slept 13 hours and I’ve only slept 6.
