I've got a new phone, but I'm not able to transfer my old data to the new one.

And I've got a heck of new functions in my Charge that I don't need. Just want steps, heartrate, distance and battery level (wich was on before. Can anyone help me out please ? 🙂

Your data permanently resides in the Fitbit database, not on your phone.  On your new phone, download the Fitbit app, log in with the same Fitbit ID/email as you were using before, and it should access your data from the Fitbit cloud.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the answer, but I'm not getting any wiser  🤔😊  Where do I find Fitbit Cloud?

I had to create a new account because I forgot my password... Blaming old age...

Sorry, by The Cloud, I just mean the Fitbit computer disks somewhere off in the distant internet where your phone connects with them when you sync your Fitbit data.  And on those Fitbit computer disks, your data is stored by your account ID.  The only way you can get that old data is to log into Fitbit with your previous ID/email and password.  If you still have that email, you might be able to get Fitbit to let you reset your password.  The best I can suggest is to contact Fitbit Help, probably by phone,

https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support explain your situation to them and see if there is any way to reset your password.
