I need the serial number for my Charge HR in order to try to use the extra warranty I purchased. I looked at the previous messages on this forum about this subject. I tried logging into my Fitbit account online and when I click on my Fitbit Charge HR there is no serial number listed. I also clicked on the link to customer service and chatted with them and they refused to give me the serial number. I don't understand why this is an issue. I purchased it in December of 2017 and I purchased a 2 year warranty. Without the serial number I am out of luck. This is the 3rd Fitbit I have had and am very disappointed in the length of time they last. Any suggestions? Please and thank you.

If you purchased the Charge HR through fitbit and purchased the warranty at this time them you will not need the serial number which will be found on the box that it came in.
However since it has been 3 years since the fitbit Charge HR has been sold I would think that you are already past the extended warranty time period.
