Set a heart rate alert at a given number?

Literally the only reason I bought the charge 2 was to monitor heart rate. I thought having the option of a heart rate ‘alert’ would be a given. Has anyone figured out a way to set a heart rate alert at a given number?

Hi @Mikefe, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let me share with you that the feature mentioned in your post is not available on Fitbit devices. For more information about heart rate tracking, I suggest you to check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device? and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Even though this feature is not available, your suggestion is appreciated. We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we very much appreciate all of the input we receive from our users here in the Community Forums. The best place to make your voice heard is the Ideas board. Please take a moment to visit and give us your feedback. If you find that a similar suggestion has already been made by another member, you can vote for their idea and add your comments. We look forward to reading your suggestions.

I'll be around if you need anything else.

"Let me share with you that the feature mentioned in your post is not available on Fitbit devices.". This doesn't seem true. Fitbit coach told us in the exercise video that his device buzzs when he reaches certain HR zone. I was told HR alert is available on Charge 4 or other versions. Could you please double check on this.
