I’ve had an issue for months with my Charge 3, but thought I was doing something wrong. I have repeating alarms that simply disappear from the list, and at the same time, some alarms that will randomly duplicate themselves. It is almost like one set alarm was changed to match another one.

 

Hopefully there is an update or something I can do to fix this. My Fitbits seem to last a year tops before an issue occurs, and if that is still the case, this will be my last one.

@NicLu Welcome to the Community. 

Sorry to hear about this. I suggest you delete all the alarms and restart your tracker by following these instructions. After this set them up again.

The solution works to reset it, but my alarms keep getting messed up (is. Every few weeks). What can I do for a more permanent fix so that I don’t keep waking up late and missing workouts as a result?
