It depends on how old your unit is. On mine, in the lower right hand
corner of the dashboard there is a circle with a + inside. If you click on
that a screen will come up with several options - one being set alarms.
I'm told that on others if you click on your profile and scroll down there
will be an option. God luck!

Not being able to set alarms on the app is very unhelpful. So disappointed in this change. Seen to be unable to choose the minute, only the hour. Is their any way to delete instead of just turning off!

Hi
If you go to set alarms, highlight the alarm you wish to delete, then
right-click on it and it will ask if you want to delete it.

Thanks, there is no right click! I did find a swipe up to trash. How about being able to set an alarm to the minute?

Glad you found out how to delete an alarm (swipe up). When setting a new alarm or to change an existing alarm, you first select the hour (by swiping up and down and press selected hour) and then the minute the same way.

PS.

Alarms are now set on the device itself for those that have gotten the latest firmware update (1.88.11)

Aria, Charge 5, and Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite (Android One) user.

Hi there. I know how frustrating it is. Try this.
On your fitbit dashboard page
1. Tap on your picture or icon on the top left corner of the page. A menu
opens with device charge 3 in the middle.
2. Tap on that the charge 3 and another menu opens.
3. Scroll down to silent alarms and tap on that.
Set up your time.

I think we're looking at different screens. When I go to set alarms there
are 2 columna and one is for minutes so I can set it (left column - hour)
right column minutes. You may have a newer version than mine.

I don't have any problem setting alarms and this solution doesn't work on
my screen - there must be newer screens than mine. Thanks for the help -
hoping someone who can use it, sees it.

Thanks, however setting silent alarms was removed from the phone app with the latest update. I am slowly figuring out how to set them on my Charge 3 screen.

Tapping on the screen gets me more choices. That was difficult to figure out , for me 😉

I needed to tap on the screen to get more choices. Steep learning curve. The app was so easy! Frustrating that app option was removed

Thanks Janice. It's not me that needs the info as I know how to set alarms.
Am responding to others who are having difficulty.
Good to hear from you though. 🙂

Thanks! However the update removed ability to set alarms from the app. I did finally figure out how to do it directly on the Charge face.

I figured out how to set an alarm directly on the Charge Face. It involves tapping and swiping after you select alarms

My Fitbit Charge 3 does not have Silent Alarm in the list - how do I find it or re-activate it?
