If you have the new app, pull down so the type of Fitbit you have and the
amount of charge shows. Tap on that and another screen opens. Scroll 2/3
down and silent alarm shows up
Hope this helps.

Excellent...thanks so much. I had tried to pull it down but unless you hold it, it pops right back up. Worked this time. 😊

IF YOU GO TO DASHBOARD AND IN THE LOWER RIGHT HAND CORNER THERE IS A
TURQUISE CIRCLE WITH A + INSIDE. CLICK ON THE CIRCLE AND YOU WILL SE A SET
ALARMS.

No, Janice, there is not. I know you have one, but for some reason known
only to God, I do not.

I'm sorry - I'm afraid I can't help you. Perhaps someone else will see
your problem and be able to solve it. There may be a new screen from when
I received this Fitbit. Or, you could just pray to God 😊 Sorry, I was
joking. Good luck!

If you're on the new app for Fitbit, your Fitbit Charge 3 icon abd amount
of charge left is just under your picture when you "pull down" the screen.
Tap on the Charge 3 icon and another screen opens up. About 2/3 of the way
down is
SILENT ALARM. Tap on that as no alarms have been set yet and you can add an
alarm.
Hope this helps.

No worries. Have solved the problem with others helping and am now paying
it forward

Doesn't work. You go the the profile, set it to silent alarm, and it just sits there "Waiting for device".

Absolutely pointless. Am getting a refund on monday. I am sick of these so called companies selling crap like this, samsung, logitech etc.. even d-link.. you're all WANKERS...

No more money from me. you leeches.. and oh how you now employ nice people to be techies.. who are as useless as the product themselves.

You're WANKERS...

Hi, The new dashboard does not provide any alarm setting. Can you please help with the same

It sounds like it may not be synced to your device by bluetooth.

(This reply is to the user who called the Fitbit people "wankers". I tried to delete it because it looks like a reply to something else, but don't see a way to do that. I apologize.) This company has excellent customer service and a great product. Yes, all these devices take some jiggering around and at least an hour of your time to get all connected and set up. If that's not effort you are willing to expend, then these types of products are not for you.

It does not make the people selling, making, or helping customers "wankers". Please remember we are all human beings. Not everyone you meet is trying to take advantage of you.

You are correct. If you open the app to the Dashboard, your avatar image is in the top LEFT corner (on my iPhone, anyway).

If I touch that, it opens a list of my Fitbit devices. Choose your Fitbit Charge 3.

The silent alarm setting is halfway down my screen, under "Wrist"

It's still there - just totally hidden!

Warm regards,
Renee
