Set alarms on Charge 3

How do I set the alarms on the charge 3?

If you go to the page that has all the options starting with your name (not
the dashboard)- there is an option of silent alarms.
clicking on that will let you add new alarms.

Glad it worked. Actually if you just type fitbit and see the app it is
listed...I just found out.

She said she couldn’t find the + icon. I can’t either. Maybe you could describe where it is instead of just repeating the initial instruction? I’m looking at the dashboard and I don’t see any +

Hi
My Fitbit isn't new so things may have changed. If I click on Fitbit a
screen comes up that shows a turquoise circle with a white + inside in the
lower right hand corner. If you click on that circle it offers
several options -one of them being to set alarms. I hope this helps.

In the upper left hand corner there is a place for a picture of you. Click
on that

a menu with Devices opens showing which device you have attached to the
app. Click on that.

A third menu pops up. Scroll down and you'll find under General the Silent
Alarm feature.
Click on that, add a new alarm, turn alarm on, set alarm by tapping on the
time shown, determine if you want it to repeat.

This must be a newer version - not on my screen but I am able to set alarm
okay.

At the moment the + icon takes me through ti Covid suggestions.  I press done and Discover comes up.  I have set alarms previously but cannot find it now.  Please help.  Found it thanks to another solution on this page.

You must have a different screen - I just tried it (lower right hand
corner) and it goes to s variety of options. - set alarm being one of
them. Sorry I can't help

On your dashboard tap your icon on the top left of the screen.
A new menu comes up and about half way down your device shows up as Charge
3.
Tap on that.
Another menu comes up. Scroll down half way and you'll see
Silent alarm. Tap on that and set your alarm. 😁

Thank you - but I have no problem setting alarm on my Fitbit - was trying
to help someone else - hope they got your message.

Still can’t do this, can’t even find a + sign to get started. I must be really stupid. One set of instructions says to do it on the device and I don’t have the option to add an alarm - can’t do it from the app either. Really frustrating because it’s going off every morning at the wrong time

I received a note saying you click on your profile and scrolls down and
you'll find set alarms. I think my fitbit may be older than yours and now
it's different. The + sign on mine is in the lower right hand corner of
the dashboard inside a circle. Good luck

On your app dashboard tap your icon in the top left corner.
On the next menu there should be a device area showing Charge 3. Tap on
that.
On the next menu that opens, scroll down to silent alarm. Tap on that.
Change alarm time.

I’ve got it sussed out now, but I think that was the problem I was having the instructions applied to a different age although I was looking at Fitbit charge 3 which is what I have. Thank you for your answer anyway

Hi there. I know how frustrating it is. Try this.
1. Tap on your picture or icon on the top left corner of the page. A menu
opens with device charge 3 in the middle.
2. Tap on that the charge 3 and another menu opens.
3. Scroll down to silent alarms and tap on that.
Set up your time.
