You may have a newer version than mine. On mine, in the lower right hand
corner of the dashboard is a + sign in a turquoise circle. If you tap into
it there are several options, one being to set alarms.
Good luck!

I saw this recently on mine as well. My charge 3 now seems to have to
ability to set alarms on the Fitbit itself by swiping left 3 times to find
the alarm, tapping on it and changing the time, then hitting alarm on.
Hope this works for you.

You don't. The band method is horrible, its bot user friendly. My charge 3 is a useless paperweight. My charge 2 still limps along till i find something I like to replace the worthless charge 3. Removing app functionality which is quick and user friendly and forcing a horrible method that doesn't work. Cannot be managed by the app. Whats the point in a smart watch that doesn't work with your phone....oh wait there isnt one. The probably best part is fitbit gives zero **ahem**s about the user experience and has no plan to fix this. Had i known they were going to make the charge 3 a worthless device i would never have bought it.

I am trying to set the alarm and it will not give me the option to edit times.

This is how mine works - you may have a different process.
Go to set alarms and it will give you 3 columns - scroll to the hour and
minute you wish and select am or pm. At the bottom there is a check mark -
click on that and it will give you the option of which day or days you want
the alarm to work. Save and it should work. make sure it is 'on'
Hope this helps. Stay healthy!

I did reset the alarm yesterday in all 3 places for 4:30 am. The alarm did not go off this morning. Now when I go back into apps, alarm, it does not allow me to edit the alarm. No choices and I have my Fitbit plugged in.

I think you may have a different screen than I do. You have to be sure to
save the change and possibly syncing the fitbit would help. I don't have
an 'apps alarm'. I have a + in a turquoise circle that leads me to options
where I can choose: set alarm.
Do you have 'add alarm' on your screen?
Sorry if I'm not much help.

Are you trying to set the alarm on the Fitbit itself or the app.?

I'm not having a problem - someone else was and they seem to have figured
it out.

The latest update of my Charge 3 I lost the capability to set a silent alarm in the App.  I have tried to set the silent alarm on my device and it appears that Ihave set it, but it never saves the alarm or goes off at the time set.  This has caused me to oversleep on several occasions.  What is the current procedure to set a silent alarm?

Hi
You may have a different screen than I do. The lower right hand corner has
a + inside a blue circle. That leads you to several choices, one being to
set the alarm.
Choose your time and click on the check mark, choose the day and save.
Perhaps you should make sure it syncs before leaving. You can go back and
make sure it's turned on. Hope this helps.
Stay healthy!
