It would be useful if the answers included details of the device, os version and app version.

Device: iPhone 6

OS: iOS

App: 3.32.1 (999)

For this setup there is NO option for setting the alarm via the app.

Sorry, I'm using my computer and tablet - not my phone. I'm sure there is
a difference.

I have an iPhone 7Plus, iOS  14.0.1. I have synched it to my FitBit. My screen does not have a circle with a plus to go to those options.

Sorry, I use mine with my computer and tablet and it probably is an older
version than yours. Hope someone else can help you. Stay healthy!

I totally understand and had the same outdated instructions.
You should be able to set the alarm directly on your fitbit 3.
Swipe left until you come to the alarm icon. Tap on it. Set time on large
numbers by taping on them and scrolling.tap on the hours, minutes and am or
pm.
Tap on alarm off and the alarm should then show on.
Hope this helps.

Thank you. I finally figured it out that the alarm could only be set on my FitBit Charge 3. It took a couple of tries to get it to work. I just wish FitBit had better documentation. What they have is truly non-existent.

Thanks again!

Why the heck did the ability to set an alarm via the ios app get removed?!  I can’t stand trying to set an alarm on this tiny little screen!  Just a few months ago it worked fine from the app!  Grrrrr Fitbit!

I totally understand. Maybe using one of those gizmos with a soft end like
on tablets to change the alarm will help or even a pencil with a soft
eraser.
I tried seeing if there was still the ability to change the alarm in the
app, but, you're right, I couldn't find it.
I tend to use my phone more for the alarm and if silent alarm is needed,
putting it on vibrate.
Sorry I cant be of more help.

I haven’t used my Fitbit since last year.

I remember it was really easy to access alarms & sleep mode.

I have tried to follow your instructions, but sadly I am unable to see the + and any of the options on my app.

I have gone into every option & setting.

I seem to be missing something.

Please could someone help me?

I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

The Charge 3 has been updated.
On the screen of your fitbit swipe left until you see "alarms"
Tap on the alarm icon.
Tap on whatever shows up and a window should pop up with the ability to
scroll to the time you want to set.
After doing this, tap alarm on.
Hopefully this helps.
If there are any issues, please let me know.

I have found the alarm setting on my Fitbit, but I can only set the hour - there does not appear to be a way to set the minutes. Am I missing something?

Hello everyone. Thanks for participating in the community forums.

@jmiles Make sure that you're following the correct instructions to set alarms on your Charge 3. For more information, I recommend visiting the following link: How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

You can also check the Charge 3 manual here

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your quick response. However, I still can't find any description that helps. When I follow the instructions for setting an alarm on my Fitbit, I can get as far as selecting the hour I want, and am or pm, but there doesn't seem to be any way to adjust the  minutes.

The User Manual simply directs you to the website help, and doesn't actually contain any instructions.

When you've got the hour set, then tap, set the minutes then tap, set am or
pm then tap. Then the alarm should show on.
Hopefully this helps.
