Hi,
I have an old fitbit charge 2 but i lost the phone it was linked to via bluetooth. I forgot my fitbit password and my email password so I cant log into the app. I tried linking it with a new account but I cant get connected to the tracker after i collect the pin (I think its because its still bluetooth bonded to my old phone). Is there anyway to still link this tracker to a new account, or to reset it of any bluetooth bond via a third party software? Please let me know \!

Let me help you setting up your Charge 2 on a new account. Try restarting your device, remove all bluetooth devices listed on your phone (go to the bluetooth settings on your phone and remove all devices there) and then retry the setup.
