Having trouble with my charge 2 pairing with my phone. I have uninstalled and restarted both Fitbit and phone. I have looked on the Fitbit page to see what phones are compatible it now says my Samsung galaxy A7 is not compatible but it has been for the last 8 months. Any advice please..

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this matter prior posting. Let me share with you that, as per you post and our list of compatible devices, your Samsung Galaxy A7 is not on our list of supported devices with our products and services. Even though you were able to use this device in the past, note that with our updates this compatibility concern may difficult the connection between your Fitbit and the mobile device. That said, lets give it a change to our help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. If you continue experiencing difficulties, please try with a compatible mobile device.
