Hi, my fitbit charge 2 is no longer connected to my app, and when I turn the fitbit on, the screen shows "www.fitbit.com/setup", however that page is no longer accessible. Also when I try to contact support all the support links are leading to a dead trail.
Where can I get the necessary support to help me with my fitbit?
Is it normal that I cannot access the setup page even if my device points me to it?
Is it normal that there is no longer an option to get in touch with customer support?

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
