Hello!
As of 2 days ago I noticed a few horizontally black lines, when I woke up. And since then they've become more both horizontally and vertical. I have searched the forum and found that a reset might help, but I've tried it with no success.
I've bought it from a swedish retailstore in March last year.
What should I do?

The same thing has happened my Fitbit charge 3. It started a few days ago with vertical lines and with the last few hours the screen had become totally corrupted.
I’ve tried all the tips re attaching to charger and holding for 8 or 15 seconds and so on but it’s of no benefit.
Bought it in an Irish retailer in December 18
Any ideas on what to do?
