Short lines and dots on my screen-Charge 3

I placed my Fitbit on the charger. When I did short lines and dots in the lower right corner showed up. The screen would go black but when I would tap it to bring it back to life the short lines and  dots were still there. I got this from 365 last December and started to use it in January 2020. I have tried to restart it.
