So my charge 2 shows only the empty battery icon. But when I open my app it shows the battery is full and that it has been tracking my activity. What's going on? Anybody had this issue? How do you fix it?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 only showing the battery icon. Please restart your device by following these instructions to see if it helps resolve the issue.

Nope, it vibrates then the same battery image pops up on the screen. No Fitbit logo as the instructions indicate.
