Same problem. Shows incoming call,no vibration, doesn't @How incoming text or vibrate.  HELP!

I experienced this problem too and nothing on the forums / app helped. I experienced another problem recently with exercise not syncing, so I uninstall Ed the app on my phone, deleted the Bluetooth profile from my phone and reinstalled / repaired. Voila! All fixed!

To resolve issues with notifications, we recommend following these instructions.

 

If you continue having difficulties, I would recommend trying the following steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Restart your Fitbit device and reboot your phone

- Log back into the Fitbit app

 

If necessary, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1641519333531.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
