Silent alarm for Charge 4

My new charge 4 arrived today and I can’t locate silent alarms. I sync with an iPhone 6.

My previous Fitbit was an Inspire HR which had it.

Loving the Charge 4, more comfortable for me and a bit easier to read when outside

I agree very much. Plus being able to have weekends vs weekdays.  I find it cumbersome to have to do all on the tracker.   Plus why do I have to reactivate every day manually?

I don't WANT to set them in the terrible UI on the charge 4. The phone app is tons easier to use.

It’s been a long time since the Charge 4 was released and many people have complained about the lack of features in the mobile app. An update could have been done to address the issues many mentioned in posts to Fitbit. The alarms on the Charge 3 were much easier to use in the app. Fitbit seems not to care that it’s product is less useable than a previous version. I would never have purchased the Charge 4 as a pre release purchase had I known of the app going backwards in its functionality. I have lost much faith in the Fitbit company. I wonder if anyone at Fitbit actually used the Charge 4. I doubt it. If the new app had been pre tested someone would have noticed the issue. It’s not too late to do an update to the app and make many users happy. Perhaps it would help restore the satisfaction people used to have with Fitbit.

Your response is like a robot. The comments were there but did you really appreciate them? What is your improvement? The product development team should be fired. Stupid design.
