Did everyone lose the ability to set silent alarms via the Fitbit app in the new update for Charge 3? I’m so mad the only way to access it is cumbersome through my device. Fitbit need to change it back please.

Fitbit just please stop with the upgrades, new stuff, firmware, tweaks, twits, fixes, rollouts, whatever you call them! they just don’t work. The silent alarms worked just fine where they were, and now what’s the point of wearing it to bed if the :($& thing doesn’t alarm😟

You swipe the screen on the charge 3 from left to right until you see “alarms”. It is very difficult to do. It’s awful- so angry.

Agreed! Also lost the ability to have a list of times to turn on and off. This isn't an improvement.

Yes, my silent alarms also vanished in the latest update and I agree, it’s very cumbersome and user unfriendly setting them on the watch. The old system allowed me to set different alarm times for the whole week. I could set and forget. Now I have remember to do it every night and it isn’t easy to do it on the watch. This was my main reason for investing in the Charge 3, as I am deaf and cant hear conventional alarm clocks or phones. Definitely a backward step FitBit and I’m not happy!

Why developers mess with a fully functioning product only to infuriate and confuse their customers on a key feature is WAY beyond me. Thank you to all you users who figured out the change and shared!!

You can set silent alarms for the whole week. On the alarms section of your watch, set the alarm time then scroll down. You should see a “repeat” choice. Tap it and choose which days you want the alarm to go off at that time. Every day is an option.

Thank you for this post. I was so annoyed about the change in the silent alarms & nowhere did it explain that it was possible to set repeats so I was very grateful to read this.

Yeah, im screwed. My fitbit screen hasnt worked since Feb. None of the tips worked. It still tracks, but I cant see my screen, and now I have no way to set an alarm so I can get up before my fiance without waking him. I am REALLY not happy

Try swiping from right to left, or left to right, after scrolling through your Fitbit information!
it is AWFUL!

My silent alarm disappeared also and I cannot get it to set up through the wrist unit as described. IF I try anything it shuts down the screen wake and then I am blindly trying to get the screen to come back. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE IDEA!!!!! Bring back the ability to set alarms through the app and then LEAVE IT ALONE! I wake up at 4am every weekday and used the silent alarm to wake me and let my wife sleep. This upgrade is garbage. I will never do another update on Fitbit. Again: BRING BACK SILENT ALARMS ON THE APP NOW!!!!!!!!

Yes, its gone and I cant get the wrist unti to open silent alarms. This upgrade sucked and I wont do another update ever. BRING BACK THE ALARMS ON THE APP!!!

The alarms are there! Swipe sideways until you see the alarm clock. Touch it.. scroll down until you see the + sign. Touch it. Touch the clock to adjust time, hours first then minutes then am or pm. It will go back to the clock screen and will say “alarm on”. Scroll down on this page to set repeats.

Every time I try to swipe the screen it shuts down the screen entirely. Then I am forced to blindly started tapp int screen and hoping to get it to “wake” back up. I dont care who can do it easily, my unit will not cooperate. BRING BACK THE APP ALARM ACCESS!!!!
