Silent alarms not working on Charge 2

I have had my Fitbit for a few days now and the only issue I have is the silent alarm. I go to the Fitbit app, select my device and create an alarm for the weekdays and the app tells me the alarm is on and if I look at my watch it also tells me I have the alarm set but I end up never getting an alarm. I have turned notifications on my Fitbit to see if that worked one night and it didn't. I tried turning the notifications off one night and it still did not work. I have disconnected the device and reconnected as well has made a new alarm but I have still not had my alarm work. I have an iPhone 6  and the app just updated an hour or two ago as well as my watch.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before posting over here. To better assist you and further investigate, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your device vibrating when you receive a notification or perhaps when you put it to charge? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Charge 2 and try again to setup an alarm
