Silent alarms not working properly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve had a lot of trouble with the silent alarms lately. They haven’t been going off, reset it etc and will work again but later stop. It also was making its own alarms- however I’ve seemed to fix this issue. I now have the issue of the snooze not working. If you don’t dismiss the alarm, it usually will go off again in 9 minutes but it hasn’t been going off for the second time. What else can I do? I feel I’m always resetting it, deleting alarms to fix problems with them.

thank you

@Laurentherese It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your alarms aren't working. It seems that you have tried most of the suggested troubleshoots and thank you for taking the time for this. I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. After this remove the tracker from your account (tap the tracker's icon then the trashcan icon) and set it up again. Setup the alarms and see how it behaves.

Let me know how it goes!
