I have been experiencing problems with my silent alarms in the last couple of weeks. Some times it doesn't work at all. I have restarted it and right after set an alarm for 5 minutes after and it still doesn't work. It's very irritating to have the need to use my phone to wake up, since the whole point was to not wake up my partner, since I wake up at 4am.

@l_li_ Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the silent alarms issue that your Charge 3 has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know if you restarted your Charge 3 as advised in this help article. After this, set up your tracker from scratch.
Finally, set a silent alarm again and see if the issue gets fixed.
